Hi All,

My wife and I will be moving to the NY/NJ area and are trying to find a town/apt in between our two offices. One is in Edison, NJ - the other in Tarrytown, NY. Currently we are looking at the Fort Lee area - but many of the apartment buildings in our price range (~$1500) got very poor reviews online.

Can anyone suggest some towns / apartment buildings to look at? Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!

I don't like Fort Lee, but the Tarrytown area is nice. I like the Nanuet area. I like the Northvale area.

If you are going in between both locations daily you might think of areas like Cranford, Westfield, Berkeley Heights, New Providence and others.
