I was talking with an ADT rep last week and it seemed like a pretty good deal at 34.95/mo. Only downside was that they wanted a 3 year contract (could negotiate down to 2) and if you moved they would give you a $250 credit for a new system. Their basic system package for $199 included only 1 keypad, 1 motion detector and only 2 wireless door/window sensors (additionally at $80/sensor
).
Last I checked Slomin offered a free system with a contract...
