Once again, our nanny state wants to overregulate us, monitor us, and control every single aspect of our life. Another excuse for a police officer to search someone, another tax collection. Of course, created by a urban North Jersey assemblywoman.

Hmmm...yes...because there are no bigger problems in Bloomfield and Belleville than seniors getting run down by bicycles. And if there was a license plate, would the seniors be able to remember the plate number?? Maybe they should make people wear license plates on their backs- then when a convenience store clerk gets robbed, they could write down the plate number as the perp runs away........
