Hello,

I was wondering if anyone is familiar with Patton Drive, Somerset . If yes, any feedback on this neighborhood would be appreciated.

( The homes seem nice & the prices are in the low to mid 300's.

Just not sure if there is such a thing as a bad part & a good part of Somerset.

Thank you for your feedback

Yes! There is definitely a good part & bad part of Somerset i.e. Franklin. This forum is full of threads about that exact topic. I would put Patton Street somewhere in the middle. Not the bad part (though close to it) but definitely not the good part.

Yes, Franklin is very mixed. There are bad news neighborhoods and subdivisions with expensive and luxury homes.
Some parts look like you are in Kansas and other parts look like the Bronx.

I wouldn't go there. Do you plan on using the public schools?

I agree....if you have kids then look for a different town for public schools. If you can afford private schools, then you'll be ok.
