We just purchased a Ryan Home at Christopher Estates. We feel we got a good deal after being in the market for six months looking for old homes. Was wondering if anyone have purchased a home there or know anyone who has. Out of 16 homes in the community, 7 seems to be sold as per the chart in the sales office. Would love to get in touch early with our prospective neighbors.

We are buying a Ryan home in BArnegat. So far so good, we made all of our selections. My only drawback is the sellign of my current home.
Did you ahve to pick out your siding yet?
Best of luck to you.

Washington Estates was expensive for us - first home buyers. Plan to start working at NYC soon so opted Christopher due to the proximity to the train station. We were skeptical about the school district at first, but on research found out that the schools were not bad. The concern for us was due to the proximity to Trenton, but we got some good reviews for the schools. We are very much looking forward for the completion. Let me know how it goes, good luck with everything.

We opted for the side entry garage (DH felt that made the house look bigger),brick exterior with ivory sidings.

They sat Nov/Dec 2007. We see progress on site every week since we signed up and hope they stick to their schedules.
