My family and I may be moving to Ridgewood or Glen Rock, NJ. We currently have a 14 month old and one on the way. With both of us commuting to NYC, the daycare hours will not work.
Does any one have any suggestions on nannies and how to find them in NJ?
A trusted referral is always best but that's not always possible. We used sitter city. You have to pay a membership fee but its more secure than using craigslist and many prospective nannies will have posted reviews and references.

+1 on sittercity. Found several wonderful nannies through the site and they were all great.
