I currently live in Hackensack, but after moving back from Atlanta, it is a bit run-down. The only streeet I would recommend in Hackensack is on Prospect Avenue because there are a whole bunch of highrises with SPECTACULAR views of the George Washington Bridge & Manhattan.
I am also surprised no one mentioned Edgewater, West New York (NJ), or Fort Lee. They have some great buildings as well which will give you plenty of access to other young professionals who commute to NYC and the night light scene in which you are seeking.
that may be your opinion but maybe the original poster wouldnt want that. but you dont care about her preferences, only yours.
You don't give fair or accurate reviews....you give false and anti-Urban views.... Grow up , and get out and explore the state....stop bad mouth every town and city....that doesn't meet ur standards....

bottom line is that someone is much better off listening to my reviews than yours. funny you tell me to grow up when you sound like a whiney child to me.
