From speaking to my neighbors Edison Schools are good to great. South Edison 3-4 bedrooms are going for 400k in good condition. North Edison high is ranked #20 something in the state but now your talking 6-700k homes and 10-15k taxes/year.
I wonder how things have changed since. I'm pretty sure home prices have considerably decreased since this thread first started, so I wonder how these same parameters reflect now (7 years later).
I'm looking for the same except in Monmouth County specifically.
