Hi, I am looking to purchase a 2 bedroom condo in New Jersey, with a budget of around 350K. I work in Midtown. I lived in Upper Montclair after college and love the area, however the train doesn't run into the city on the weekends (I don't want to drive in). My sister and her fiance live in Rutherford, which I like too, but the properties tend to be single family homes, not condo units. Can you suggest any neighborhoods similar in feel to Rutherford/Montclair, etc., with easy commutes and condo developments/buildings?

Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

Many thanks,
Michael

For that price range I would look at Iselin. That's a quick commute into NYC, so it's worth a look.
