We have been outbid on 2 houses in river vale. Park ridge seems to have some cheaper housing options. How does it compare to river vale in terms of schools and family life? Would a jewish family with young children be happy there? Thanks!

Is your Realtor giving you any advice at all?

Park Ridge is a nice small town. High school is highly ranked. Home prices and taxes are less than River Vale. In my opinion, River Vale is a little better town overall.
