Hi everyone,

I'm hoping to get some recommendations for a Landscaper in the Fair Lawn (Bergen County) are for general maintenance items.

I'm not sure what the going rate is, but I know I won't have much time to it as before with a new baby in the house so I hoping someone can help.

I thought it would be easy to google, but I only got a few hits back.

I'm looking for the usual and nothing fancy...
- Spring cleanup
- Lawn cuts every 2 weeks
- Weed treatments
- Seeding
- Fertizing

Any recommendations are extrememly appreciated. Thanks.

We use Kerry's Landscaping out of Midland Park. They offer their services a la carte, so you may be able to pick and choose what you want and what you don't.

Not sure about the every other week mowing during the Summer, though, but you can ask.

CJL landscaping. They offer very good rates. We are a preferred customer so our rates are cheaper than most. But we paid only $500 total last year for weekly lawn cuttings from May to Oct, fall cleanup and sprinkler turn on/off service. Biweekly cuttings won't be frequent enough in the spring/early fall. You might get away with it during the dog days of summer.

Fertilizing is done by his colleague and is a separate charge - usually $30 to $35 per treatment fpor 5 to 6 treatments.

As a mother of 3 youngins and a fabulously green lawn in the summer, I think it's all worth every penny.
