Jersey avenue parking? (train station, pool, car)

Does anyone know the deal with the Jersey Avenue train station parking? I have been reading online and see the daily is $5.50 - does anyone know when this fills up? Also, I see parking available at business in the area. Again, any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.
