Anyone please can recommend a good carpet cleaning service? Preferring eco-friendly carpet cleaning as I have 2 crawlers. I'm in the Edison area. Thanks so much!

Stanley Steemer is good. Steam cleaning. Takes a few hours to dry but I am always amazed at how they can bring my carpets back.

I don't like those ones that are like dry cleaners, where it's dry right away.

Just had AVON CARPET CLEANING come 2 days ago. They came recommended and they really did a fantastic job. The owner did it and I had asked him about doing an extra room and he said it wasn't really worth it. Our carpets were pretty clean but had an area with lots of traffic and spills and dog. i was concerned that it might not be clean-able. The truth is the carpet looks brand new. They were not the cheapest, but i didn't want to be dissatisfied.
I believe they are in East windsor, which is probably like 20-3- minutes from Edison.

I used Carpet rescue plus and they did an excellent job. They service monmouth and ocean counties and use a roto vac machine, that made by carpets look brand new. They are also reasonably priced.

I second Stanley Steemer. When I moved in here, the carpets were dirty from the previous owners, plus the whole place reeked of kimchi. They cleaned and deodorized and it looked and smelled SO much better.

i used stanley when i lived in hoboken. it's not cheap by any means, but i priced out some other services and the slight savings wasn't worth the risk of not knowing what i'd get. stanley's has built a decent reputation.

aside from that, i'm considering buying a consumer version of a rug doctor type appliance. it's not as good as steaming, but it's nice to maintain them on an ongoing basis when i have a dog...

If you want to clean your home’s carpet then there is no need to hire professional carpet cleaners. You can do it by yourself its quite simple, you can find many carpet cleaning equipment in the market that’s really effective for carpet cleaning.
