Hello all!

I am moving to Eatontown next month. I see that there are three elementary schools in this town. Is one better than the other?
What are the demographics in the area? I like this town very much, but from what I hear in the summer the traffic is horrendous. I work in NNJ.
I would love any feedback.

Have a great week everyone!

Marisa

One of my neighbors is an Eatontown elementary school teacher. If I see her, I will ask her about the different schools.

I moved to the area last year, but don't have any little kids, so I don't know about the schools. Demographics seem mixed, mostly white, some black families, some Asians, some Hispanic. Middle-class working people. My immediate neighbors fall into all of those categories, and they all are very nice.

I like the area a lot (moved down here from Bergen County), and you are close to everything. Yes, there is more traffic in summer, but that's because the ocean is fifteen minutes away, which is a great advantage, IMO. Lots to do, for kids and adults.

I lived in Eatontown for three years. Loved it there. Big enough so you aren't tripping over yourself, small enough that you can run into someone you know every time you get groceries. I don't think any of the elementary schools really stand out from the others.

Traffic isn't too bad in Eatontown, even in the summer, so long as you avoid the 35/36 intersection.
