Hello. I'm looking to rent a large 1 bd or 2 bd apt for my self, wife, and 2 toddlers in Monmouth junction NJ. Price range ($1000 to $1200)And I'm having a hard time choosing*between 3 developments. Royal oaks and garden east ( which I read mix review on the net, mostly bad ) the problem is that I cannot find any reviews on Wynwood estates management ( which I like the most. Please help me out with any info on which is the better development over all... Specially safety , clean, and less bugs and the best management . Or of they have a better one Thank you. Best regards

From what I know/heard, East Garden is much better than Royal Oaks. They both have the same management company, but friends who lived in East Garden never had that many issues. Maintenance was quick and courteous.

South Brunswick in itself is a pretty safe area, and I've heard no issues with major crime. Another advantage East Garden has is that it's built on a cul-de-sac, so you don't have tons of traffic zooming around.

As for Wynwood Estates... from my searches, that appears to be condominiums, not rentals.

Thank u very much sweep. Now I know why there isn't a lot of info on Wynwood because it's not a rental. That's why they only have 1 apt for rent. It looked really nice when I was there but o don't know anything about it. And thanks for the info on east gardens.

Take care
