I would appreciate if any of the Monaco rental building residents can provide some feedback on:
- rush hour elevator ride
- responsiveness of the maintenance team
- any issues with (hot) water
- how are the dog facilities (run, washing station)
- common areas
Thanks

They were fully booked last weekend so I plan to go next week. I have seen the Marbella, Avalon Cove and Aquablu. Monaco is the newest one and I could not find any reviews.

Nova, the building hasn't been open for a summer or winter season yet, so there isn't much data to answer your question.

BUT, If you search for reviews of Grove Pointe and 50 Columbus, I'm sure you'll get an idea. Monaco seems to be of the same cheaply-constructed "luxury" genre of those aforementioned buildings.
