Anyone familiar with Heritage at Piscataway by American Properties? It's at the corner of North Randolphville and William Street?

How is this area? Is it considered the "good" part of Piscataway?

I live a few block away off of Grandview Avenue. The neighborhood is very quiet. We've been here for 7 years and haven't, had any problems. Why not drive around and observe the neighborhood at different times of days and different days (i.e. weekday vs. weekends) It's pretty boring around here. You won't see much!

I was also looking at this development, but I noticed it is only a few miles away from River Road and was concerned about flooding. Does anyone know if this development is far enough from the flood zone? Anybody live close to this development?

Thanks a lot for your help. BTW this forum has been extremely helpful.

No flooding - residential neighborhood, though the residents were not all thrilled with more houses going up -- was a nice unassuming greenhouse with fields not too many months ago.
