To me that implied that the focus was on, but not limited to, those counties.

I do NOT recommend trying Applegate Farm....have you looked at their ingredients list? (Applegate Farm Ice Cream, Yogurt, Sorbet, Italian Ices, No Sugar Added Ice Cream Nutritional Information) most homemade places use milk, cream, sugar...Applegate Farm is full of chemicals and preservatives and you can tell by the taste! I couldn't eat it at all, threw it in the trash - and I love love ice cream.

Default Alpine Creamery

in the White Deer Plaza at the end of Lake Mohawk in Sparta

Excellent homemade ice cream and you can take it for a stroll on the boardwalk

And in that one little plaza at the end of the lake, you have Kroghs brewpub...Arthurs Steakhouse...Baci (Italian place)...Nutty Over Sweets (old fashioned candy store)...Clarks Crepes (takeout crepes)...PJ's Doghouse (diner type place)

And, of course, on the boardwalk itself, you have Il Porto (northern Italian restaurant)
