Hi,
I hope to use NJtransit coastal line to commute to Middletwon from Newark. I will be leaving around 7am from Newark Aiport Railroad station and will be arriving to the the same place at 7pm. How safe is this? Is newark Airport Railroad station is safe?

The Station is very safe , there are PA / NJT cops and staff posted at the station from 5am-1am.

Yes, the station is very safe. The only people who use it are travelers/workers from Newark Airport (it is very hard to reach from the surrounding neighborhood)

at rush hour there is a middletown shuttle bus that is very frequent from middletown train station to rte 35
