why not contribute to this thread. I am repeating what the realtor said. you are contributing nothing but a personal attack. I am a parent and I am trying to point out to the OP that houses are selling in Livingston and if she wants to belive otherwise then she is mistaken.

We decided to not go forward with buying the house. I have too many questions and just not sure. Thanks for everyone's thoughts. We'll keep looking and maybe check out Montville too. I didn't see much inventory there at all.

If you have kids, than stay in Livingston. Randolph schools are at a decline. There wasn't a single student this year that got into an IV League school. Livingston township also invests more money into their schools where as Randolph is making cuts that are hurting its students.

Also check out Boonton Township (NOT Boonton Town). Great k-8 school and goes to Mountain Lakes High School. Housing in many price ranges.
