Jamesburg has a few little town home communities, beaver brook and quarry cove. The homes are really reasonably priced in there. I be you could buy something cute, updated and neat your job in there.
So in case anyone will come back and read this thread...I haven't quite figured out my budget yet if I buy, but I'm probably looking at low-mid hundreds (so condos rather than townhouses, most likely). Going to start with my credit union tomorrow and see what kind of mortgage options they have and if they can help me figure what I can actually afford.
I noticed several places I've seen online have electric heat...would like to avoid that..
