Hello,
I'm moving from Florida to North NJ and need to find a home close to St. Joseph's Hospital in Patterson. I don't want to live in Patterson and I'm willing to commute 15-20 minutes in order to live in a nicer area. Can anyone recommend any new construction (or almost new) multifamily homes or duplexs in the surrounding towns. I'm not to sure about the price range, but I need to find something that is inexpensive and nice. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

All depends on your price range. New construction commands a premium and you tend to not get as large of a home. Clifton and Totowa are also choices close to Paterson

That area of Paterson is a hit-or-miss. Paterson may get knocked around a lot, but the Lakeview section of Paterson isn't that bad at all, and it's near St. Joe's. South Paterson however is a busy area and has a large Arabic population. It's a typical city area, so if you're not used to living in a large city, I suggest you move to one of Paterson's suburbs like Clifton.

Clifton isn't in Paterson....I lived right down the street from St. Joe's that is why I gave my two cents about the area...I just moved from there two days ago

I didn't say Clifton is in Paterson. I said Paterson's suburbs (towns that surround the city)

I live at the border of Paterson and Clifton and its a very quiet area. From Nickerbocker Ave, Dundee Ave, Lakeview. St Joseph is 10 min. away
