I guess the state and country doesn't want strong unions anymore. Management wants them to contribute to health care. Hang in there and good luck.

easy solution, just dont cover their healthcare period. then they dont have to contribute.

yes, thats exactly what im looking to do. i think we need to model ourselves after somalia.

I'm also against management making obscene money also. But like I said the gravy train ride is over.

I work for a major company and have giving up alot in order to help keep jobs and the company working.

If you want free health care, either move to a socialist country or just wait until we become one...because it's happening.

Playing devils advocate. So your company had to give up alot so they should? Were u complaining when Bush and the repubs forced Medicare on every american that turns 65 and we have to take it without a choice.
