Hi everyone:

We are planning to sell our house in Pennsylvania and move to a 55+. We do not want a pre-fab house, and we are looking in Delaware near the shore. We have searched the internet and we came across the heritage shore and heritage creek communities, can someone give us a heads -up on any of these communities? They are in the Bridgeville De. and Milton De. area neither of which I am familiar.

We looked in NJ and found a nice home but we just don't want to get hit with big taxes. Noone could tell us what the taxes would be and I have heard lots of tales about how they say one figure and when you get your bill it is another figure, much higher than quoted. That's scarry when your on a fixed income.
