Sup NJ Dudes?

Many of your comrades have relocated to my lovely state. Now it is my turn for payback! LOL I have to go to Edison for work, and I'd like to have fun while there. I'm a single woman and I would like to do something safe, beautiful and free. I like museums, I like nature, I like karaoke.

I am planning to rent a car so what else can I plan to do in the evening or on Saturdays that's fun and will give me a nice NJ experience? Which are the restaurants with delicious food in and around Edison?

OK I found one thing to do in Edison for any of the other people who may be forced to travel there. Bring hiking boots and hopefully you can take an afternoon to hike (or bike maybe) the Thomas Alva Edison trail off Menlo Park Drive.

There's a little museum there as well near the adorable township of Metuchen.

Native Plants Along Trail (Lady fern? Virginia creeper and Poison ivy lol):

Poison Ivy, not fun
While the weather is still warm I would suggest checking out the beach towns, boardwalks, etc. Drum circles happening around NJ, etc.
