They were owned by the same parent company as Bennigan's, which went bankrupt a few years ago. Supposedly they're reviving Bennigan's, so maybe Steak and Ale will make a comeback too. Hmm. I'm picky about my buffalo wings. I do NOT want them breaded.
There's a place near me called The Chicken Kitchen that has great buffalo wings. They have several different kinds, but their basic wings are unbreaded and crispy, with just enough heat in the sauce to make you remember you ate them the next day.
