I love that my dog use to growl at him all the time when I lived in 1180. The nit wit would always say "WOW you are the type of people we want to bring into Newark" to my wife and I.... yeah right.

Seriously I drove by Broad street station and it blows my mind that they can't get a tower or condo built where Mt. Booker is with the train to Newark 25 feet away, light rail to Penn station and 3 colleges right behind it.
