I'm moving out on my own I'm 21. Currently living in north Caldwell. I want to find a condo in that price range. I want to live in a good area, so no Newark or east orange. I want to live in Essex or Morris. I just need to the place to be in move in condition. I'm planning to move out in the next year. Are condo prices still falling? And how much could I beat down the prices of those condos? Thanks.
You're probably better off renting and saving your money for a few years until you can spend more and find something nicer. I can't imagine you're going to find anything great in the 75-100k price range, so no sense in wasting money on something you're not going to be happy with just for the sake of buying.
926 Bloomfield Ave Glen Ridge has several. Not sure if they're condos or co-ops. Where do you work?
I saw those and heard it's a drug area. Is that true?
