Trying to find a two bedroom apartment close to public transportation to NY but am only seeing all Showcase management ads on Craigs list. Should I pay them and get their listings? I just find it hard to believe that actual owners would go through a company while they could advertise for free on Craigs list.
A friend of mine just moved into a new building. I think it's at 17 Meadow Road in Rutherford. She said it's beautiful, a very nice 5 story building, and they have plenty of 2BR's available.
I haven't been there in a bit, but last time I was, I saw quite a few new buildings, recent, etc., going up around Park Ave, the train station, etc.

Good luck.
I would really appreciate if you can give me the name of the building.

I didn't know the name, wasn't sure if it had one, etc.
$2570...really? I didn't think a 2BR would be that much, nor did I think she was looking in that price range. She works in NYC and recently upgraded her job so perhaps she upgraded her apartment as well, LOL.
Why not drive around? I think it's a good idea. Do your due diligence. Like I said, last time I was there, I saw plenty of new/newer buildings going up, renting, etc.
Try 405 Park Ave. Rutherford. They should have a resident mgr.
Whats the name of the Apartment complex?
