If you are having an isolation test done on a buried oil tank how many soil samples does the state require in nj for possible oil tank soil remediation.Can you still apply for grant even if there is no money in the program at this time

Not sure about number of samples.

My understanding is that people can still apply for grant money and they will be considered in order, if the state funds the grant program.
