I'm wondering if anyone here is aware of the Eagle Rock Apartments in the Trenton/Yardville area and if they have an opinion on them. Based on our commuting restrictions it's one ofthe few apartments I've found that might satisfy me, my girlfriend, and our roommate. I went to check it out today. It wasn't spectacular by any means, but certainly better than what I'm used to living in New Brunswick.

I'm concerned mostly because of the bad reviews on apartmentratings.com, where it got a 13% overall. The complaints seem to center on the quality of the buildings and the parking situation. The specific apartment we'd be renting was just remodeled, so I'm not sure how much of a problem the former would be, but the latter definitely has me worried if we're trying to park two cars there every night.

So if anyone lived here in the past or knows someone that did I'd appreciate your input. Thanks.

I have no personal experience with Eagle Rock, but I have always heard positive things about Sunny Brae Apartments, which is in the same area. If you are worried about parking, just drive there around 7pm Monday through Thursday and check out the parking lot. If it's crammed full, you might have a problem. I don't put a lot of faith in those online reviews, because so few people do them.

Yeah, I'm always a little ambivalent about trusting online reviews, because it seems like generally only the people that really hate an apartment are going to bother reviewing it. I plan on driving by the complex tonight to see what the parking situation is like.

Thanks for the advice on Sunny Brae. I called but they don't have any 2 bedrooms available within our timeframe. I may scope out the immediate area when I go tonight to see what else there is. It's hard to tell what my options are online because it all just comes up as part of the Hamilton area.
