Saturday October 22nd, 2011 my best friend from childhood is getting married. They're having the ceremony in Englewood, NJ then heading over to Aldo's Restuarant in Wyckoff, NJ for dinner (No Reception).. she's thinking after dinner she and her new husband would get a room at a hotel since they're not going on a honeymoon anytime soon.

Ideally she would like this hotel to either house a bar/lounge (Must be open late.. we're talking like 1-2am) or have one within walking distance. She also wants it to be close to Aldo's in Wyckoff so no Hoboken suggestions please.

Trying to keep the room under $200 for the night. Not TOO fancy.

The only thing i've found is the Hilton in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. Under $200/night and has a bar inside open until 2am but i'm hoping for more options.

Anyone? I don't get out much myself and know nothing about the Bergen County social scene. Please throw me a bone.

The only hotel I can think of is the Crowne Plaza in Paramus. You'd be close to Ridgewood, NJ that way which pretty much neighbors Wyckoff. I am not sure on their rates, though.

The Marriott in Park Ridge is probably the nicest, but will probably be closer to $300/nt, but who knows maybe you can get a deal. O'Casey's is actual a decent bar,as far as hotel bars go.

You've got the Sheraton Crossroads in Mahwah, with the Illusions nightclub on Saturday nights. It's generally a singles crowd/meat market, but it could be fun since they're looking for a bar/lounge anyway, and there's a DJ and dancing. It's open until 3 a.m.
