There are still a few blocks with nice highrise buildings, single family houses and garden apartments in both cities, but the towns are so small that if you go two blocks away on any side, it's not so nice. The two other Oranges (West Orange and South Orange) are better, but have their not so nice areas as well. They both also have good commuting to NY, by train and bus, but you are bound to pass some folks who are up to no good, on your way to the stops.

How is the area of 175 prospect street? can anyone share information about this area . have elementary school age child also working parent.
