Ah your one of those people...carrying the pop corn....which makes everything smell like popcorn in the station. I must admit its some of the best pop corn ive had...
The station smells like popcorn from the popcorn machine! I can smell it when I get off the PATH train, and that's upstairs. I had nine minutes until the next train so I went down and got some. It IS good.

Lol, but anyway, if you're looking at Newark. The Ironbound is okay, but you definitely still need your wits about you. Also check out the Forest Hill part of Newark.
JC is really bad, but Newark you risk getting killed by a stray bullet at any given moment. Don't move there.
