I just got a flyer in the mail for $50 for an average house...is that good, seems really cheap? I've never had it done, do they actually bag up all the waste and take it with them or just throw it on the ground?

Call them and ask. I'm betting it's closer to $100. They usually ask how many bedrooms/stories the house is. They should bag the debris, but they usually don't take it.

Make sure they are insured! 95$ is minimum for average house. You will get the exception once in a while that is lower, but these are often the unlicensed, uninsured types. Dont chance it with the bottom feeders. MTW Contracting Services is good. 732 331 9821
