West Caldwell (Princeton: home, neighborhood, school district)

Hi - I am planning to move from Princeton to West Caldwell and was wondering if anyone has any idea about the schools and neighbourhood. I have two kids. One ready for middle school and other in Elementary.

I moved to West Caldwell this past May into a home not far from the elementary school and highschool. The neighborhood is great. It's convenient for schools, my bus stop for my commute to NYC, groceries and the downtown area. My neighbors have all been friendly and I feel very safe.

Unfortunately, I do not have any personal experience with the schools. My realtor, who also lives in West Caldwell, has a couple of sons in school and had nothing but great things to say about the schools. My neighbor who has a son in the elementary school was also satisifed.

Thank you - appreciate your reply. I was concerened as the Princeton School district is great and even though heard good thing about West Caldwell school but many has been mentioning that they have been giving more emphasis on sports.....

Schools are good. my wife went there.
