Is Alpine "New Rich"? (wealthy, estates, money)

I've always considered Westchester and even Long Island to be old money places. The wealthy American families have all had estates/mansions here. So would you consider Alpine, a relatively new place compared to Westchester and LI, a more 'new money' kind of place for New York's elite?
