I rented in the Manor for 2+ years. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you rent a downstairs basement apartment. We were in an upstairs unit with loft and routinely saw our downstairs neighbors throwing everything out from the finished basement level and management crews installing new sheetrock carpets etc.
We enjoyed our time there. Nice kitchens and bathrooms, granite, fake stainless steel appliances, new carpet. Dont get a unit by the playground and or pool. In the summer, the kids yelling and screaming are a pain.
We were paying like 1300 when we first got there. By the time we left, we were paying like 1600. Parking wasnt really a problem. We only needed management once for a dishwasher issue. They came the next day. Noise from downstairs neighbor wasnt really an issue, we heard some "yelling" but that was becuase they fought all the time.
I believe they also include cable and internet in their rent. You get pool access and gym access too.
