hey, as an over 25 year fan, i'm thrilled - my heart is still stuck in my esophagus somewhere though. i was at the miami game this season and they were horrible - i'm still a bit in shock this is the same team that almost lost to hapless fins (and DID lose to the skins - TWICE).
I'm an Eagles fan and was rather torn on whom to root for as I went to school in Boston, but the Patriots have worn on me the past few years. I ultimately just wanted a good game and both teams certainly delivered. So, congrats to the Giants who definitely played a much better team game then the Pats and double congrats for stopping Brady from orchestrating yet another 4th quarter come from behind win. I'm not sure I could have stomached the smug from another one of those, lol.
Any Eagles fan congratulating the Giants. What is this world coming too? Please turn in your Eagles fan card immediately.

lol, I'm a fan of the sport first and a fan of my team second. It doesn't mean I don't love the Eagles, but it also doesn't mean that I don't enjoy a good game just because "my team" isn't in it. The Giants were a good story this year and overcame some major setbacks to get their team together for a run. If nothing else the Eagles should be taking a hard look at what the Giants did, because whatever "X factor" the Giants had is definitely lacking with the Eagles.
I was at the game!!! It was AMAZING! Indianapolis was such a great host city too!
