so small, but so diverse lol, as a person from Northeast NJ though, I can say that except Alpine, the area is rather liberal.

Seen it before, but:

"Retired hippies" - don't think so, needs to be replaced with "Neo Nazis"

"Lakehouses owned by New Yorkers" - not anymore, more like "Retired Hippies"

I don't get the Gehtto in the woods", what's that about?

If you live in Atlantic County or South Jersey than you would probably understand why that area got its name.

Towns like Pleasantville and Egg Harbor Township for example are supposedly known to have high crime, hence the term "Ghetto in the Woods" because most of those towns are located in the Pines Barren.
