Is there a form available for changing title on real estate? Do you need a lawyer to do this in NJ state? How involved is to change name on the title? What is preferred-change of name or addition of name on title? Is there a form to add name? Uma

Do you mean adding/removing another person to the deed? If so, there is a Quit Claim Deed you would need to file.
