Basically, there is an area where a railroad track ran, anything west of that should be safe.

Does anyone know about newark ave wayne,nj flood zone? How often and how bad does it food there?

Newark Avenue does flood as well as some the surrounding streets as well. That part of Route 23North has been hit quite hard over the past few years. I hope that you are not too discouraged, but it's important to know.
