Hey, JC is SAFE! esp the Heights residential streets are mostly middle class + kids!
Check out the Heights but not towards Palisade ave more towards Central or Summit ave or even Western Slope down towards Poplar St

Nope you're wrong. What you meant to say is the one block closest to Hoboken is safe. ONE BLOCK.

just listen to my advice. guys...lets also talk about his commute!!! the light rail will stop right by exchange place....any other way besides light rail will be a pain in the butt! and the only place okay in JC heights is by the light rail elevator to hoboken...there are many new developments around there...but dont expect a lot of the heights to be pleasant looking.

remember your goal is to be close to the light rail...so you need to be able to walk to it or be able to drive to it without having to go on the same traffic pattern that takes people to lincoln tunnel

I agree. I just had to chime in here because a few other posters like to blow smoke up peoples a*** . Pardon my language
