What NJ town could really use a gym/health club and why?

Northern passaic county towns could use them

Everyone I talk to from there says there is not much of a downtown, so I guess there is also a lack of gyms. There is enough people there to sustain business.

If you go to superpages, you could map results, and see which area is lacking
