Folks,
Relocating to NJ. Work in Somerville/Raritan. Please advice some good areas nearby to rent a town home-
with 9-10 great schools rated elementary and middle schools.

When looking for homes in that general area please remember that several communities in the area are prone to horrible and frequent flooding. Searching C/D for threads about flood prone areas in NJ will bring you a wealth of info.

Raritan is a very small (geographical) town

It has only one (that come to mind) town house buy/rental condo, Riverview something, but I've heard very expensive

Bridgewater encircles Raritan.
Much bigger town and more diverse housing market
Raritan and Bridgewater form the same school district

Elem school - Raritan kids go to a elem school in Raritan (Bridgewater - Raritan school dist)
middle school is a bit of drive into Bridgewater.
HS is on other side of Bridgewter,
