Parking near NY Waterway ferry either Lincoln Harbor or 14th St Hoboken (loft)

Are there any options to park daily at Lincoln Harbor or 14th St hoboken? I checked the NY waterway site and it says no public parking but I imagine there has to be some options near these two terminals.

I am aware of Port Imperial and it's $8 daily fee but was hoping mainly for Lincoln harbor as that would be the most convenient.

My goal is to drive to the ferry, park, and get to 39th street via ferry a few times per month.

Isn't there a public parking garage on 14th Street in Hoboken, adjacent to Harborside Loft Condos? It pretty newly constructed. I parked there for the day and used the ferry.

I don't know the cost for a monthly. To park for the day, you need to buy a few tickets to cover the number of hours you want to leave your car. I don't remember the cost.
