A few helpful tips for next time:
A) Start a new thread instead of dusting off something from four years ago.
2) Tell your story, not three sentence fragments.
III) Ask a question, not just something that happened. Do you need legal advice? Someone to listen? Need to know who to call at the police station? Right now you got a ticket. You seem to think it's wrong, but we don't know what you want us to do about it, if anything at all.
My advice is to get off the internet and contact a lawyer, who will actually know your rights and what you can do about it.
I was given a ticket for not yielding to a pedistrian. I was wrongly ticketed. And the intersections do not meet up
Need more specific info on that. Sometimes cops write tickets when they should not thinking you will just pay. Other times they are enforcable.
