I know this stretch of the turnpike gets a lot of traffic so if I were to get off at exit 6 does it go right to route 130?

You can when you're leaving PA, but I can't remember if you can exit onto Rt. 130 from the Jersey side. Maybe this will help:

Exit list for the New Jersey Turnpike Pennsylvania Extention (I-95 Eastern Route)

Looks like that works, exit 6 puts you on the Pennsy Pike extension which is both I-276 and eventually will be I-95, and then there appears to be a full interchange where Exit 6A intersects US 130:

Captne76 is right. You can enter and exit from the extension to and from 130. If you leave exit 6 from the main route, the PA Pike extension for Rt 130 is 6A. The toll is paid after you exit off the main route, but before you reach 130, or in the middle of the extension. The Delaware River Turnpike Toll Bridge essentially connects the NJ Turnpike to the PA Turnpike, and is maintained half and half by both turnpike authorities. Consequently, you pay a separate one time toll to cross this birdge. The rate depends on if you cross from the NJ or the PA side. Of course, NJ charges more than PA, I think the difference is 70 cents.

Technically, I don't think the interchange is numbered at all on the signage. It just says Route 130 - Burlington, Florence, Bordentown.

From the mainline NJ Turnpike, you would take Exit 6 - drive a few miles until the toll plaza, after which the exit for 130 is immediately after the plaza on the right.
