Really trying to figure out if this is legit or not. The dude in the commercial seems like a kook, but in a fun way. All community renderings are sketches and the use of Papyrus font on the site leads me to believe it's all a very amateur concept and I can't find anything showing that any actual work has begun anywhere.
This could be a total delusion. There isn't even a map location other than listing the town of Jackson. And nothing other than sketches? No price range? It looks a little kooky, but it also looks lovely, too. Does anyone know where in Jackson it is will be? Has it passed the planning board?

I thought I read somewhere it was going to be off of exit 21 of 195. But, I can't remember where I saw the information. That was helpful.
