I think we need to bring back capital punishment when there is no doubt whatsoever. Sick freaks should be hung by their man (boy) parts. Didn't want to say balls for offending someone or getting a violation.

Two brothers, ages 15 and 17, have been charged with murdering a 12-year-old New Jersey girl, who had been missing and was later found stuffed inside a recycling container, Gloucester County prosecutor Sean Dalton said.

Autumn Pasquale, of Clayton, was lured to the boys' house, where her belongings were found, Dalton said, and she appears to have died from strangulation. There were no signs of sexual assault.

The boys' mother played a part in cracking the case, coming forward with information about a posting on a son's Facebook account, leading police to the boys.

Pasquale's body was found around 10 p.m. Monday in the bin just blocks from her house and near Borough Hall, where thousands of people gathered earlier in the evening for a tearful candlelight vigil to pray for her safe return.

The Supreme Court ruled that it's unconstitutional to execute people who were minors at the time of the crime. I also object to the idea that sexual torture should be used as a deterrent by any civilized society, especially when it's seemingly only directed at males. Are we going to start infibulating women caught sleeping with their students, too?

Take your blood lust somewhere else please. It's not going to help bring anyone back from the dead.

Depraved indifference. At least that is what I learned at college.

I'm in agreement with Camaro, if the actors are found guilty they should be strangled also and thrown in the recycling dumpster.

Or tied to the back of a rocket bicycle and ghost-rided down the street for a few miles

Do you know what's even sadder...

How come black on black crime/murder is almost like an everyday occurance and gets very little news media?

How come white on black crime/murder gets a hate label with it and the Al and Jessie Road Show?

How come black on white (especially white girls) crime/murder gets the OMG how can this happen with major news coverage?

It seems like crime/murder in the inner cities is like someone brushing their teeth and no one really cares.
